Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación analiza la legitimidad de las comisiones de la verdad con base al estudio del pluralismo en esta institución de justicia transicional y, a partir de allí, da a conocer los cuestionamientos que restaron legitimidad a diferentes comisiones de la verdad con el fin de dar recomendaciones a la Comisión para el Esclarecimiento de la Verdad, la Convivencia y la No Repetición (CEV) de Colombia.
