Hospital La Colmena

Abstract

Este artículo de grado está basado en el ejercicio académico correspondiente al último semestre de la carrera de arquitectura de la Universidad Católica de Colombia. El proyecto plantea un hospital con especialidad de infectología ubicado cerca al centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, el proyecto se articula a los planes de intervención existentes en el sector como el plan de Ciudad Salud, plan de renovación hospital San Juan de Dios y el plan de renovación de San Bernardo. Como resultado se realiza un plan parcial de intervención en el barrio Sevilla y barrio Policarpa teniendo como eje central del mismo el hospital La Colmena, de esta forma se plantea no solo un nuevo equipamiento para la ciudad si no la generación de nuevos espacios para la integración social y la apropiación de los espacios por parte de sus habitantes, vinculando la estructura principal del entorno con el proyecto y la ciudad.
