Abstract

Se desarrolla una propuesta metodológica para la elaboración del plan de gestión administrativa para la interventoría de proyectos en estructuras verticales, siguiendo la metodología de marco lógico y teniendo como referencia los lineamientos del manual del instituto de desarrollo urbano (IDU) y la norma sismo resistente (NSR-10), siendo una guía para el buen ejercicio de la interventoría.
