Abstract

Generar y trabajar en una propuesta de un centro cultural, el cual se integre a las necesidades de la población y a su contexto, teniendo en cuenta su aspecto patrimonial y cultural que tiene el lugar. Y de la misma forma promover una identidad ambiental que parte a raíz de la conservación y mejoramiento de la ronda Río Sáchica.
