Abstract

Los derechos para los animales es una discusión jurídica relativamente nueva, la cual surge de las luchas y reivindicaciones de los grupos animalistas, los cuales pretenden generar un reconocimiento a estos seres como sujetos de derechos, a causa del reconocimiento de sus sentimientos y el papel que juegan en la vida cotidiana de los seres humanos.
