Maternidad subrogada.

Abstract

La maternidad subrogada se define como el acuerdo entre una pareja (ya sea hetero sexual u homosexual) y una mujer( externa) para llevar a cabo el estado de gestación, y finalmente dar a luz el bebé que convertirá en padres a esta pareja; es una realidad evidenciada que a lo largo de los años toma más fuerza, ya que esta les brinda a muchas personas la posibilidad de formar una familia. “Se considera que la maternidad y la paternidad pueden vivirse desde dos puntos de vista. Primero, se entiende al hijo como un don, un regalo que se acoge”. (A Castaño Bedoya P. 188, 2021)
