Abstract

El presente artículo está basado en el desarrollo de un equipamiento cultural que funcione como un espacio articulador dentro del plan de renovación urbana planteada para el sector de la Ofelia, en la ciudad de Quito; se plantea la revitalización del sector por medio de la acupuntura urbana para promover la multifuncionalidad del espacio público generando identidad cultural al sector.
