Factores obstaculizadores y favorecedores en un proceso de paz mediante negociación a partir de la experiencia del Salvador y el Caguán

Abstract

La tesis está compuesta por tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo se indicarán los aspectos históricos que rodearon al proceso de paz de El Salvador y del Caguán, con el fin de que 19 sea este uno de los elementos que valide y respalde cada una de las hipótesis presentadas, las cuales serán analizadas en el capítulo tercero. En el segundo capítulo se presentará la hipótesis de la clasificación de los factores junto con su definición, constituyéndose este capítulo en el aporte y la innovación de la tesis, siendo los mismos validados y respaldados desde la doctrina en la materia. En el capítulo tercero, se analizarán el comportamiento de los factores indicados, definidos y clasificados en el capítulo segundo, para ser validados desde la historia —indicada en el capítulo primero—, ello con el fin de establecer las razones por las cuales un factor es obstaculizador o favorecedor, validando así la última hipótesis.
