Y para abordar esta pregunta no solo nos enfocaremos en el deber jurídico sino también en el deber moral con sus respectivas características he historia que le sigue. Tomando en cuenta las distintas citas sacadas del libro filosofía práctica y derecho las cuales facilitan el esclarecimiento de la pregunta formulada y mencionar a dos pensadores quienes también introducen un pequeño significado a la duda, tal como el Immanual Kant lo plantea.

Abstract: This essay answers the question What is a legal duty? And to address this question we will not only focus on the legal duty but also on the moral duty with its respective characteristics and the story that follows. Taking into account the different quotes taken from the book, practical philosophy and law, which facilitate the clarification of the question asked and mention two thinkers who also introduce a small meaning to the doubt, as the Kant Immanual raises it.
