Ensayo deber jurídico

Abstract

Abstrac: There are different types of duties in moral norms, religious norms and norms of social treatment. But then what are the duties in legal norm? This is an issue, which correlates with concepts such as "rights" discussed above. The premise then arises that, just as we have rights and guarantees due to our condition as human beings that in a social state of law like Colombia we are assigned the role of "subject of rights", the premise also arises that we have duties, duties Of a legal nature that are vitally important to comply with and respect, since the legal order and things such as human relations, respect for legal goods protected by the state and the sovereignty of a government, depend on the fulfillment of said duties. In this work, then, the concept of legal duty is analyzed, starting with the etymological meaning of the word "duty", and continuing with the topics that cover this topic.
