Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN 1. CONFIGURACIÓN CONCEPTUAL DE LOS PROCESOS DECLARATIVOS EN COLOMBIA. 2. MEDIOS PROBATORIOS RELEVANTES EN LOS PROCESOS DECLARATIVOS. 3. EL CAMINO HACIA LA ECONOMÍA PROCESAL POR MEDIO DE HERRAMIENTAS PROPIAS DEL CÓDIGO GENERAL DEL PROCESO. MANEJO DE LA NORMATIVIDAD PROCESAL EN COLOMBIA EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA DESDE EL CÓDIGO GENERAL DEL PROCESO. 4. CONCLUSIONES

El presente artículo de investigación tiene como propósito, efectuar un análisis del régimen probatorio en Colombia en los procesos declarativos y como la administración de justicia bajo los criterios de la ley 1564 de 2012 ha implementado el principio de la economía procesal dentro de los elementos de la conducencia, pertinencia y utilidad de los medios probatorios.
