Abstract

Expone que la ley positiva es la expresión de la filosofía práctica, y que De Aquino (s.f.) define: “como la ordenación de la razón dirigida al bien común y promulgada por el que tiene a su cargo el cuidado de la comunidad” (p. 1), la ley positiva expuesta por el Aquinate, ha de ser útil, justa, estable y fundamentada a la filosofía contemporánea.
