Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como propósito la implementación de una herramienta de gestión estratégica para la empresa METALCO INGENIERÍA SAS basada en el cuadro de mando integral o balanced scored card en la ciudad de Bogotá. Se parte de un diagnóstico interno y externo utilizando el análisis DOFA y PESTEL para contextualizar la realidad de la empresa y definir los objetivos estratégicos requeridos por la empresa para alcanzar las metas de crecimiento y sostenibilidad, estos objetivos organizacionales se traducen en indicadores de gestión que se consolidan en la herramienta BSC diseñada para la empresa para ayudar en los procesos de toma de decisiones oportunas para mejorar el desempeño organizacional.
