Abstract

El presente documento muestra el proceso de investigación realizado en Ciudadela Sucre, Soacha, más precisamente en el barrio San Rafael, y en los barrios aledaños Los pinos y Las Margaritas. Donde se plantea una propuesta de mejoramiento de barrio y un proyecto puntual en concurrencia con los diseños urbano, arquitectónico y constructivo de la facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Católica de Colombia.
