Abstract

El Gobierno Nacional Colombiano implementó la Ley 160 de 1994, pero tras la firma del Acuerdo Final surgió la Reforma Rural Integral hacía el campo colombiano; para lo se creó el Decreto Ley 902 de 2017, el cual busca mejorar y cumplir con el fin de seguridad jurídica y utilidad pública hacia las poblaciones campesinas más vulnerables y así adelantar el acceso y formalización de la tierra.
