Unidad habitacional modular. De la emergencia a la progresividad

Abstract

El proyecto se ubica en la Unidad de Planeamiento Zonal 57 Gran Yomasa, donde se identificó la problemática de habitabilidad y el crecimiento de los barrios informales. Para ayudar a suplir el déficit habitacional, la Fundación TECHO Colombia trabaja con un modelo de vivienda de emergencia; sin embargo, esta solución no es la ideal por las condiciones de habitabilidad precarias y el corto tiempo de vida útil que presenta.
