Vivienda progresiva - productiva, un desarrollo alternativo frente a la fragmentación social

Abstract

En el presente artículo de grado, se realiza un análisis integral teniendo como base un proyecto de vivienda, este como uno de los principales escenarios relacionados con la accesibilidad universal y como generadora de dinámicas, tanto sociales como económicas, al ser esta la unidad básica en la ocupación del territorio. El problema que se documenta parte de cómo resolver la problemática de la fragmentación social y la informalidad urbana en los bordes urbanos, por tanto, con el proyecto de arquitectura, se busca crear las condiciones para generar sinergias y sentido de pertenencia de la población con su territorio, a partir del desarrollo de infraestructuras desde un enfoque de habitabilidad y de accesibilidad, enmarcado en una perspectiva de derecho a la ciudad.
