Abstract

El caso del oso Chucho ha generado diferentes controversias, primero en 2017, la Corte Suprema de Justicia acepto Habeas Corpus solicitando la liberta de este oso andino, después de diferentes audiencias la Corte Constitucional de Colombia con el comunicado 03 de 2020, sostuvo que este no es el mecanismo adecuado para debatir la controversia por cuanto los animales en Colombia no son sujetos de derecho.
