Vivienda colectiva resiliente con espacio público

Abstract

Los barrios informales son el reflejo de diversos factores siendo Bogotá y sus alrededores quien más recibe población en búsqueda de mejores oportunidades, esto ha ocasionado prácticas de urbanizaciones informales como es el caso de Ciudadela Sucre. Se busca generar una mejor calidad de vida en las unidades habitacionales del Barrio Los Pinos que responda a la problemática por medio de una revitalización integral urbana dando así una respuesta acertada al déficit habitacional, generando prototipos de unidades habitacionales con espacios públicos que sean flexibles, colectivos y resilientes.
