Abstract

A continuación se realizará un análisis general si es prudente o imprudente el acto de protestar por parte de la sociedad. Se tomará como referencia el libro “SOBRE EL DERECHO COMO PROTESTA” del abogado Gustavo Alberto Manzo Ugas, cuyo personaje en el mencionado libro explica cómo los cambios en las condiciones sociales y políticas en LATINOAMÉRICA, han propiciado movimientos de diversa índole. Lo cual nos hará abarcar desde el concepto, los causantes y las repercusiones que tiene la “protesta social”, y se tomará como base el documento “FILOSOFÍA PRÁCTICA Y DERECHO” Del doctor Alejandro Castaño Bedoya, cuya publicación aclara la importancia de la prudencia jurídica y como esta se desarrolla de forma práctica en nuestra sociedad actual.
