El proyecto planteado se encuentra ubicado en el barrio Bella Vista Alta en Ciudadela Sucre, su origen se basa en un proceso metodológico e investigativo desarrollado como proyecto de grado durante el año 2019 en barrios populares, donde se busca dar solución a problemáticas en temas de construcción, espacialidad, movilidad, urbanismo y habitabilidad, las cuales afectan la calidad de vida de familias que viven en la periferia de la ciudad.
