Abstract

La presente investigación jurídica realiza un análisis del Control Constitucional y como es su realización por parte de la Corte Constitucional y el Consejo de Estado. Igualmente, muestra la importancia que tienen las decisiones de cada tribunal en el ordenamiento jurídico nacional y se fundamenta en el reconocimiento de la residualidad del Juez Constitucional en el Consejo de Estado y en la atipicidad de la competencia del máximo Tribunal Constitucional Colombiano.
