Abstract

El análisis comparativo consiste en determinar cuál de las dos metodologías, es decir entre la modelación en 2D y la modelación BIM, con alcance hasta la cuarta dimensión, es más viable, si lo que se pretende es reducir tiempo en la construcción de edificaciones. El software utilizado como herramienta principal, con la cual se realiza el modelamiento en 3D es 15 Archicad. Una vez realizado el modelamiento en 3D, se procede a hacer la simulación constructiva en el software Navisworks, siendo la herramienta que complementa el desarrollo del presente proyecto. La determinación de la Viabilidad del proyecto se determina realizando la comparación entre el tiempo suministrado por la constructora de la vivienda multifamiliar y el tiempo obtenido con los softwares utilizados
