Responsabilidad normativa del Estado ante fallas en la prestación de servicios públicos

Abstract

El objeto de estudio del articulo presenta un análisis de las condiciones particulares del Estado Social de Derecho en cuanto a la prestación de servicios públicos, precisando que estos son la base para la construcción de una sociedad igualitaria y que propende un desarrollo integral, así mismo se especifica cómo se configura la responsabilidad normativa del estado en la búsqueda de la garantía de este tipo de servicios, expresamente en el momento en el que se presentan fallas en la prestación de los mismos.
