Abstract

El presente documento de grado, expone la metodología, análisis y los criterios de diseño para la finalización de “Centro de desarrollo educativo y cultural Montessori” un proyecto educativo ubicado en el barrio Tibabuyes de la localidad de Suba. Se plantea con el fin de dar soluciones a la problemática y las necesidades identificadas, como la falta de cupos escolares, falta de educación de calidad, dificultad en la movilidad urbana de los jóvenes y niños del sector, entre otros. Arquitectónicamente se desarrolla un colegio con la dinámica de educación a través del método Montessori; como propuesta urbana se plantea un lugar que sea permeable y corresponda con el tejido urbano del lugar, para utilizar el espacio público como lugares de aprendizaje tanto como para los estudiantes, como para la sociedad un lugar con una dinámica de aprendizaje y de sensibilización donde lo más importante es la educación de calidad para los niños y jóvenes de Tibabuyes, donde se evidencia la apropiación del lugar con diversos usos y actividades. Sin dejar de lado el Diseño Constructivo enfocado hacia el año 2030, basado en tecnologías alternativas y métodos de construcción eficientes.
