Abstract

Planteamiento de un modelo adaptativo para la administración de los servicios de salud en el área de urgencias bajo los atributos del Sistema Obligatorio de Garantía de Calidad en Salud (SOGCS) y el concepto de mejoramiento continuo de procesos. El efecto frente a la aplicación de la metodología se refleja en el aprovechamiento de recursos y superación de expectativas y la percepción de satisfacción por parte de los usuarios.
