Abstract

El presente trabajo propone el desarrollo de un modelo de gestión estratégico para la comercializadora dotActual SAS, teniendo como referencia el Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) propuesto por Robert Kaplan y David Norton en 1992. Donde proponen un análisis global de la organización dividiéndola en 4 perspectivas claves, una dependiente de otra y con objetivos anidados
