This chapter analyzes the concept of trade law and the activities that have traditionally been considered commercial facing to the consumer’s law. The concept of trade law is examined since its birth in the Middle Ages, then the constitutionalization of private law is described to demonstrate that from this has emerged the consumer’s law. Finally, the classification of consumption acts is proposed.
