La Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada SAS: una sociedad de éxito
La realización de este artículo busca identificar el impacto que produjo en el derecho mercantil colombiano la promulgación de la ley 1258 de 2008 incorporando a la vida jurídica la Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada SAS, se tuvo en cuenta sus antecedentes, las cifras consolidadas de la constitución de sociedades, la opinión de algunos expertos; de acuerdo a eso se determinó qué tan exitosa ha llegado a ser la SAS en el derecho societario y las tendencias que se observan en el ámbito mercantil.
