Vivienda colectiva saludable

Abstract

Las urbanizaciones informales en la periferia de Bogotá se dan a través de prácticas empíricas con problemas de accesibilidad, iluminación, ventilación y estructuras mal desarrolladas. Partiendo del POT, la Guía de Calidad en Vivienda y los principios de Vivienda Saludable se desarrollan estrategias de mejoramiento y crecimiento de viviendas con nuevos espacios comunes como patrones de crecimiento de asentamientos informales.
