Abstract

El presente articulo de grado, expone la metodología, análisis y diseño de “Sutura Urbana”, un proyecto localizado entre el barrio Marsella e Hipotecho, en la localidad Kennedy. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto de grado se partió de un análisis y diagnóstico del lugar de intervención, en el cual se identifican unas problemáticas y necesidades de este sector; luego se desarrolla a nivel urbano, arquitectónico y tecnológico. Como propuesta urbana se propone una configuración proyectual como tejido, para utilizar el espacio público como conector de lo urbano con lo natural, de la ciudad con su entorno. El proyecto se implanta en dos predios segregados por la Av Américas, surge a partir del concepto ¨sutura¨ como tejido, definido como articulador de ciudad; se soluciona mediante un parque lineal que enlaza estos dos sectores, generando paisajes enlazados y diversidad de usos, resaltando su permeabilidad y relación con el contexto actual, se evidencia la apropiación del lugar como símbolo para lograr la reactivación y conexión de estos dos sectores.
