Abstract

La presente investigación se enfoca en evaluar las características físicas y reologías de una muestra de asfalto modificado con aceite de coco en diferentes cantidades, con el fin de poder plantear una alternativa diferente a las mezclas convencionales Así el presente trabajo podrá arrojar resultados satisfactorios para reducir en gran medida el alto impacto medio ambiental de las mezclas asfálticas y abrir más campo de investigación en la modificación de asfaltos. Todo esto con el fin de explorar nuevos materiales que tengan mejor desempeño y sean más sostenibles.
