Abstract

El proyecto pretende ser un medio de comunicación y participación de la comunidad con la ciudad empleando la normativa y el contexto como elementos sugerentes, se plantea un proyecto en el cual la comunidad sea participe en su fundamentación, siendo el resultado un CENTRO DE DESARROLLO COMUNITARIO, el cual plantea espacios de posibles soluciones que den a la localidad una alternativa de desarrollo social y cultural. Estos espacios son talleres artísticos, gastronómicos, educativos, entre otros, que vinculan a la localidad con la gran ciudad, dando competencias para poder afrontarla de la mejor manera posible, respetando la arquitectura del lugar y tratando de integrar el proyecto a su naturaleza, surge la concepción del proyecto, el cual adiciona carácter a su entorno y se vuelve punto de referencia para la ciudad.
