Abstract

La presente monografía trata a cerca de la construcción de vivienda de interés social para la reubicación y densificación en los predios ubicados entre calles 61 y 63 con carrera 1ª y poder darle solución a la población que ahí se ubica. En primer lugar se realiza un análisis del lugar mencionado anteriormente, dando a conocer unas visiones, problemáticas, y potencialidades para así poder plantear estrategias proyectuales en tres ámbitos urbano, arquitectónico y constructivo, dando como concepto principal que encierra estos tres contextos, relaciones urbanas por medio de lo público – privado, estructura ecológica –proyecto arquitectónico en altura Tomando como base unos análisis realizados a varios referentes urbanos y arquitectónicos, para poder tener conceptos que sustenten tanto como la propuesta urbana ,arquitectónica y constructiva para la construcción de vivienda de interés social para esta parte de la ciudad.
