Abstract

El proyecto de grado "Diagnóstico de la estructura administrativa de Bogotá para la conservación de su red vial", tiene como fin construir un informe que conste de recopilación de información, su orden e interpretación y obtención de conclusiones e hipótesis. Analizaremos la estructura administrativa de Bogotá y las funciones que involucren conservación de la malla vial de cada entidad, para comprender su funcionamiento y jerarquización y así poder justificar y proponer cambios en la misma. Con este proyecto podremos conocer mejor la realidad, las debilidades y fortalezas de la estructura administrativa, podremos definir problemas y potencialidades de cada entidad encargada de la conservación de la malla vial y entender su funcionamiento para diseñar estrategias, identificar alternativas y sugerir que acciones de mejora se pueden tomar, las cuales se verán reflejadas en disminución de tiempos de viaje, en costos de operación vehicular y accidentalidad.
