Abstract

En la ciudad de Bogotá el tema de la movilidad urbana es uno de los más discutidos, pero en muchos casos se limita al modo de trasporte y no al sistema. En la concepción de un sistema se debe presupuestar también la renovación de las zonas centrales en busca de crear densidades estratégicas. Es así que se desarrolla el proyecto Estación Intercambiador Modal Comuneros. Una propuesta de renovación del sector de San Andresito de la 38 complementando las actividades urbanas y un mejoramiento del espacio público. Es la renovación de un sector central dentro de la ciudad que en la actualidad se encuentra infrautilizado partiendo de una visión del sistema de movilidad urbana sostenible.
