Abstract

Los Estatutos del Consumidor en general buscan proteger, promover y garantizar el libre ejercicio de los derechos del consumidor. El siguiente documento tiene como objetivo analizar la eficacia del Estatuto del Consumidor en el país en perspectiva de Derecho Comparado entre Colombia y la Unión Europea, al tener en cuenta sus respectivas y recientes evoluciones normativas frente a la regulación y protección del consumidor.
