Habitabilidad, eficiencia y resiliencia

Abstract

El propósito de este capítulo es describir, de manera más detallada, el comportamiento de los conceptos de habitabilidad, eficiencia y resiliencia aplicados a la ciudad de Bogotá, para relacionar el concepto de cambio climático con los conceptos anteriormente mencionados. Este capítulo está dividido en cuatro partes. En la primera parte se describen brevemente los efectos del cambio climático, derivados del impacto ambiental del sector de la construcción en Bogotá. La segunda parte da respuesta a la utilización de procesos y materiales constructivos que afectan la habitabilidad de las edificaciones, dentro del hábitat urbano de Bogotá. La tercera expone cuáles serían los recursos para enfrentar, de una manera diferente, el mejoramiento de la habitabilidad frente al cambio climático en Bogotá. Finalmente, se concluye el capítulo con la descripción del concepto de resiliencia, como una estrategia de adaptación para enfrentar el cambio climático en Bogotá.
