Abstract

Algunas de las incógnitas a desarrollar tendrán que ver con preguntas como ¿el sistema constitucional originario del orden jurídico, constituye una serie de axiomas? ¿Son contrarias las tesis del precompromiso constitucional y del derecho viviente? ¿Puede ser la lógica de los mundos constitucionalmente posibles un mecanismo de investigación jurídica proyectiva? Para desarrollar lo contenido en las páginas a continuación, se hará empleo del método dialéctico y del método pragmático, ya que se pretende evidenciar vacíos sobre las teorías existentes con anterioridad.
