Abstract

Este trabajo de grado, tiene como objetivo principal, la elaboración de un manual para la construcción de un prototipo de vivienda planteado para las zonas de inundación del municipio de Sucre – Sucre. Para dar solución al objetivo principal de la investigación, se llevó a cabo un estado del arte, para conocer las medidas y sistemas estructurales, que se han implementado en la construcción de vivienda en zonas de inundación a nivel nacional e internacional. También se desarrolló la caracterización de la zona de estudio, donde se expone cada uno de los aspectos más relevantes del municipio de Sucre – Sucre.
