Abstract

Esta investigación pretende hacer un estudio crítico acerca de las medidas que los gobiernos han tomado para enfrentar esa crisis económica cíclica a través de las leyes concursales. En síntesis el estudio abordara la ley de insolvencia empresarial 1116 de 2006 a fin de verificar si es eficaz para enfrentar la crisis económica por la que se encuentra atravesando una empresa en determinado momento.
