Abstract

La vivienda con el pasar de los años ha sufrido transformaciones drásticas perdiendo su sentido y originalidad para lo que estas fueron creadas, puede ser causado por factores que no permiten el desarrollo de lo cotidiano. Sectores de la ciudad con una riqueza histórica valiosa son vistos por los peatones como espacios residuales, zonas a las cuales ven como esa cara abandonada de la ciudad al haber perdido su identidad por factores sociales y económicos que trasformaron estos en lugares que la sociedad no quiere nunca reconocer como suyos, aunque saben que existen prefieren evitarlos, haciéndolos nodos negativos para la ciudad; muchos de estos nodos, la ciudad ha querido recuperarlos por medio de estrategias que lleven nuevamente a la población a estos, primero cambiando el concepto y su imagen pasando de ser ese lugar que nadie reconoce como propio, a ese lugar que pueda ser llamado “el lugar donde habito, Vivienda Nueva”
