Caracterización mineralógica, porosimétrica, microestructural y con ensayos convencionales de agregados pétreos gruesos de una cantera del piedemonte llanero colombiano según norma IDU sección 500–11.
El objetivo principal es profundizar acerca de la importancia que el origen y gradación del agregado pétreo grueso tiene en el comportamiento de mezclas asfálticas conociendo su caracterización de acuerdo a las normas IDU sección 500-11, realizando los ensayos de laboratorio que cumplan las normas IDU 500-11, tales como: petrografía, dureza, durabilidad y geometría de las partículas de una cantera del piedemonte llanero, teniendo claro, que el origen del granular y la granulometría afectan las propiedades de las mezclas asfálticas.
