Abstract

Este artículo presenta la propuesta de renovación urbana cuyo fin es proponer una solución sobre los problemas sociales, económicos y de deterioro físico presentado en el sector “El Bronx” de la ciudad de Bogotá; que implica cierta complejidad ya que, al estar ubicado estratégicamente con relación a proyectos de renovación de la ciudad, se ha caracterizado por actividades ilegales. Para esto, se aborda la problemática desde tres ámbitos, el urbano, el arquitectónico y el constructivo.
