Abstract

Dentro del desarrollo que actualmente el Gobierno Distrital planea para la Ciudad de Bogotá se encuentra un plan piloto denominado Plan Zonal del Centro enfocado a revitalizar y consolidar el centro de Bogotá como un espacio económico, social y cultural. Entre las zonas de intervención se encuentra el sector del Voto Nacional en la localidad de los Mártires que cuenta con una variedad de problemáticas tanto de tipo social como económico y ambiental. Como estrategia se propone realizar un proyecto urbano arquitectónico que contribuya a generar un nuevo imaginario urbano, que incentive por medio de las actividades que se desarrollarán a visitar y a consolidar esta pieza urbana tan importante para la ciudad, no solo por su historia sino por su ubicación, además de aportar a la solución de la problemática más grande que más aqueja el sector como lo es la segregación social.
