El régimen pensional solidario de prima media y el principio de progresividad desde la Ley 100 de 1993
El documento aborda la discusión generada acerca de si el principio de solidaridad en el Sistema General de Pensiones colombiano se aplica o no en la realidad. Allí se evalúa la manera como la aplicabilidad del principio en el sistema, ha condicionado la solidaridad como mecanismo de extensión para la garantía de los derechos prestacionales.
