Torre plataforma comercial y residencial Sabana

Abstract

La ciudad entendida como ecosistema urbano, abierto y complejo, basado en interacciones entre personas, colectivos e instituciones; requiere para su equilibrio, desarrollo y continuidad; alimentación material, energética y de información. Dichas interacciones se suscitan dentro de los demás componentes que constituyen la ciudad: estructura, paisaje urbano, edificaciones, movilidad, y demás componentes que determinan su esencia. El presente documento pretende mostrar, cómo a través del análisis sistémico de un territorio deteriorado de la ciudad podemos determinar el origen de las problemáticas que lo afectaron, y cómo a través de la Arquitectura y el urbanismo, podemos lograr reestablecer las interacciones mencionadas, para lograr finalmente la revitalización del territorio. A partir de información recopilada por entidades públicas y planes oficiales de Renovación Urbana; el presente proyecto “Torre Plataforma Comercial y Residencial Sabana”, reinterpreta el territorio del antiguo “Bronx” en Bogotá, fortaleciendo su principal vocación y sus potenciales sociales, ambientales, urbanos y económicos, para dar respuestas acordes al Plan de Revitalización del Centro, con el concepto “Plataforma Torre”, como elemento articulador de las dinámicas Urbanas requeridas para tal fin.
