El habitar en el barrio popular: proyecto habitacional modular

Abstract

Al momento de urbanizar la ciudad, la población menos favorecida, se ha visto afectada a partir del desplazamiento forzado a zonas periféricas, en el cual, dentro de los denominados barrios populares, estos se ven obligados a desarrollar su vida junto con su familia; Tomando el caso del Barrio Bella Vista Alta ubicado en Soacha, se procede a hacer un estudio del cómo es el desarrollo del habitar, cuáles son sus problemáticas y que situaciones similares se han presentado en Latinoamérica. Encontrando como una de las mayores problemáticas el hacinamiento y la informalidad, se plantea una solución, a partir del desarrollo de módulos de vivienda nueva que responda a las necesidades propias de la población, permita la productividad y la repetición de los mismos, que acordes a las condiciones naturales del lugar, permite la generación de condiciones de habitabilidad óptimas para el desarrollo de vida en calidad.
