Abstract

Con el modelo de esclusas del Canal de Panamá en Cocolí, se planteó para este estudio la adaptación de sus compuertas en el proyecto de restauración del Canal del Dique. Para ello se realizó una visita técnica al sistema panameño y se verificó su funcionamiento. Como resultado, se realizó el dimensionamiento de las compuertas rodantes para el Canal del Dique y se estimó el tiempo de llenado de la esclusa en Calamar.
