Techos verdes en viviendas de estrato 1: aplicado al barrio Yomasa

Abstract

Debido a la contaminación que presenta el planeta en este momento se ha visto la necesidad de implementar sistemas ecológicos que ayuden a conservar el medio ambiente para preservar la vida humana y poder dejar un planeta sano para los futuros pobladores. Por esta razón en el presente trabajo de investigación se muestra el análisis de una vivienda ubicada en el barrio Yomasa de la localidad de Usme en el sur de la ciudad de Bogotá. Realizando el estudio de la zona para incentivar las viviendas sostenibles, dando a conocer los requisitos y recomendaciones técnicas para la implementación de techos verdes en cualquier parte de Colombia, y poder analizar la posible acogida de estos sistemas en los estratos bajos de la ciudad. Por otra parte se mostrara el sistema constructivo y se compara el costo y beneficio con el fin de utilizarlo para continuar futuras investigaciones sobre el tema.
